Arriving in San Sebastian 31st January and leaving 7th March. When is the first and last festival during this time. Thanks alan
It's just one visit of this 'floating festival' and the event takes place on 21st and 22nd of January '17, as my post states. There's plenty of other musical entertainment every week in Valle Gran Rey during this season, though, and events are too numerous to mention. But that's not another festival.
